Tactical Capital LLC was founded in 2021 and is a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. Our Portfolio Manager and founder, Luke Elliott, is a registered investment advisor representative in the state of North Carolina, USA.

Outside of managing capital, Mr. Elliott has over a decade of hands-on global operational experience in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of products, and is well versed in QR&A as well as regulatory agency requirements.
He values the time spent with his wife and two children, and enjoys reading, traveling, being involved with his local church, basketball, and skiing.
